Warehouse FAQ's

 

Are you open to the public? Yes, we are open to the public.

Can i pick up goods from your warehouse? Yes, you are able to pick up your goods by appointment only.

​

What are your opening hours? 8am - 4pm Monday - Friday. For times outside these, please contact us.

​

Do you have resellers Australia Wide? Yes, we supply all of our products nationally through Bunnings & Blackwoods.

​

Do you offer trade / wholesale accounts? Yes, if you want to place a large order quantity or would like to become a reseller please email sales@integratedgroup.com.au for further information regarding this.

Product FAQ's

​

How do you install Coir Logs? Coir logs are easy to install, once laid in the desired location this is it, unless they are laid on a step slope, than you may require a small trench for the log to lay in or our timber stakes behind the log for stability.

How do you install Jute Mat, Coir Netting & Jute Netting products? These products may require the purchase of our U pins, which are typically installed 1 every sqm unless specified otherwise. U pins are only sold in conjunction with our main products.

How do you install biodegradable silt fence? Roll out the roll of the silt fence. See below for stake placement.

• Flat to gentle slopes (≤ 5%) → stakes every 2–3 meters

• Moderate slopes (5–10%) → stakes every 1.5–2 meters

• Steeper slopes (> 10%) or high water flow areas → stakes every 1 meter

 Hammer stakes into solid ground. Pull the fencing up to the stakes tight and staple into place.

How do you install prefilled sandbags? Place the sandbag down in the desired location and lay flat, stack them like "bricks" so they overlap in the middle of each bag.

Do you ship Australia wide? Yes, we are able to ship all of our products Australia wide using our trusted freight services. Mainfreight or Shoobridge.

How long will it take to receive my order? Depending on your location, see table below.

Brisbane - Typically 1-3 business day.
Regional QLD - Typically 3-5 business days.
Sydney - Typically 1-3 business days.
Regional NSW - Typically 2-5 business days.
Melbourne - Typically 2-4 business days.
Regional VIC - Typically 3-6 business days.
South Australia - Typically 3-6 business days.
Western Australia - Typically 5-7 business days.
Northern Territory - Typically 5-7 business days.

Warranty FAQ's

​

What if im not satisfied with my product? If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept a return of the item, in the same unopened and unused condition it has left our warehouse, minus freight costs.

​

What if my product is damaged? If you receive a damaged product, please notify us at sales@integratedgroup.com.au and we will endeavor to rectify this in a timely manner.
