Refund Policy
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to:

A replacement or refund for a major failure, plus compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

A replacement if the goods are not of acceptable quality but the issue does not amount to a major failure.

For minor faults, we reserve the right to provide a replacement only.

Online Returns

You may return your items within 14 days of purchase (exclusions apply) for a full refund or exchange, provided they are returned in undamaged, as-new, saleable condition with original proof of purchase.
Saleable condition means the item:

Has not been opened or used.

Is in its original packaging.

Includes all manuals, packaging, and accessories.
If proof of purchase cannot be provided, we are unable to process a refund.
Refunds are issued via your original payment method, excluding delivery charges. Once your return is received and confirmed to meet the above conditions, your refund will be processed.
