Refund Policy

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to:

  • A replacement or refund for a major failure, plus compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

  • A replacement if the goods are not of acceptable quality but the issue does not amount to a major failure.

  • For minor faults, we reserve the right to provide a replacement only.

Online Returns

You may return your items within 14 days of purchase (exclusions apply) for a full refund or exchange, provided they are returned in undamaged, as-new, saleable condition with original proof of purchase.

Saleable condition means the item:

  • Has not been opened or used.

  • Is in its original packaging.

  • Includes all manuals, packaging, and accessories.

If proof of purchase cannot be provided, we are unable to process a refund.

Refunds are issued via your original payment method, excluding delivery charges. Once your return is received and confirmed to meet the above conditions, your refund will be processed.

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for any costs associated with returning your item, including:

  • Freight/shipping charges

  • Currency conversion fees

  • Local or international taxes

 

Proof of Purchase

To process a return, refund, exchange, or repair request, you must provide one of the following:

  • Online tax invoice or order confirmation & payment receipt

  • Financial statement (e.g., bank or credit card statement)

Please ensure your return includes a copy of your proof of purchase so we can quickly identify your order and process your refund.
