We keep stock on hand, and all orders received before 12pm (midday) are packed and booked for pickup the same or following day.

For large or bulky items, freight will be quoted manually as pallet dimensions vary. We always source the most cost-effective provider for your order.

Same Day / Next Day Shipping Exceptions

We aim to dispatch all orders the same day (if received before noon). Occasionally, freight providers may encounter delays, meaning your order may be collected the following morning.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you guarantee delivery on a specific day?
While we try our best to provide accurate delivery dates, once the goods are dispatched from our warehouse certain (unlikely) delays are out of our control. We provide tracking and estimated timeframes and typically goods are dispatched next day and arrive withing 2-7 business days depending on location. 

​

Can you deliver to P.O. boxes or parcel lockers?
No. As we do not use Australia Post, we require a physical street address.
